Children often worry at bedtime for various reasons.
They may fear separation from their parents, have vivid imaginations that conjure up imaginary fears or struggle to relax due to overstimulation.
Major life changes or transitions, school-related stress, emotional or sensory sensitivities, and absorbing external stress can also contribute to bedtime worries.
Creating a safe and supportive environment, implementing calming bedtime routines, and offering reassurance can help address these worries and promote a sense of security before sleep.
Our Sleep Easy Cards will help with this.

“I just wanted to say that your self-esteem and growth mindset cards have made ALL the difference to our youngest. She chooses the top card from each pile every morning and calls them her mantras! Since we started doing it she's been so much more upbeat about what she can do in terms of school work and how the things she can't, are the things she can't do yet. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! It's been a game changer for her."

Hello 👋, I'm Katie. I'm a mum of four and I started Katie's Classroom in 2016. I am absolutely passionate about helping parents help their
children and since launching we have helped over 30,000 families support their children both academically and emotionally - not only that, we have teachers, therapists and a whole host of mental health professionals using them!
My inspiration comes from my children, most notably our eldest son Sebastian ('Bass'), who is severely dyslexic and was diagnosed with autism last year. I am a big advocate for SEN mums and mums who constantly worry about their children.
I have built up a large and loyal social media following sharing my highs and lows of motherhood and behind the scenes of the business. I often talk very openly and honestly about parenthood and how hard we find it.
Please follow me @katiesclassroom.
Back in May this year I created a brand new Facebook Group called 'Katie's Classroom - Honest Parent Chat' that is simply an extension of my Instagram and Facebook stories. I aim to continue to share educational and well-being tips, a few tips about having a positive mindset, I'll talk a lot about dyslexia and autism and being a parent of an SEN child, and I'll chat very honestly about the ups and downs, highs and lows, of being a mum of four.
