In this little box there are 30 positive affirmation cards to help you and your child with separation anxiety. Separation anxiety is a normal part of your child's development but can be extremely distressing for you and your child. There is nothing worse than leaving a crying child but I hope these cards will reinforce how much your child is loved and supported. Encourage your child to read one card aloud every day.
Here are a few things more things you can try, which I found on the NHS website: practise short separations from your child to begin with, talk about what you'll do together later (give them something to look forward to), leave something comforting with your child and make saying goodbye a positive time.
