Dyslexia is a learning difficulty which primarily affects your child’s reading and writing skills but most importantly it affects the way your child processes information. Dyslexia is not a problem of intellectual ability and with the right support, your child with dyslexia can thrive.
In this little box there are 30 cards, each with a different strategy, to help you to help your child with their dyslexia. Your child might have what is known as a ‘spikey’ profile, which means your child has areas of strong ability alongside areas of weakness. Not all these will apply to you. Use these as you see fit.
